Staff at the NEMSIS Technical Assistance Center (TAC) are pleased to announce the release of the 2009 NEMSIS Public-Release Research Dataset! This dataset includes more than six million EMS events reported to the NEMSIS TAC by 26 states during the 2009 calendar year. The Dataset may be used for informational and research purposes with approval from The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The NEMSIS Public-Release Research Dataset does not contain information that identifies patients, EMS agencies, receiving hospitals, or reporting states.
