We are saddened to report the loss of Mike Smith, prominent EMS community figure and chair of the Tacoma Community College EMS program. Mike was a well-known EMS speaker and earned respect for his leadership in EMS education. He is survived by his wife Sylvia, two grown children, and a new granddaughter. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family.
