The next National 9-1-1 Program Webinar will focus on Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) and the Regional Emergency Communications Coordination Working Groups (RECCWGs), a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) program. This webinar is scheduled for Thursday, March 27th and will run from 12-1pm Eastern Time. Participants must register for the webinar.

This webinar features the following presentations:
• The RECCWG Coordinator will discuss opportunities for the 9-1-1 community to leverage the program for regional resources and information sharing;
• The coordinator of the National 9-1-1 Program will present a NG911 video followed by highlights of recently released products and programs.
The “State of 911” webinars are held every other month and were established to help the national transition to NG9-1-1. Federal agency representatives, 9-1-1 stakeholders, and state and local 9-1-1 professionals share presentations and participate in discussions to smooth the way for agencies currently in transition.
