Don is EMS director for Charleston County EMS in Charleston, South Carolina. With more than 30 years of experience in the EMS field, he has directed large municipal and small rural services, as well as helicopter operations. Don also serves as an instructor at the National Fire Academy’s EMS program and is a visiting lecturer for the EMS program at the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus.
