Sue is a certified EMT-B in the Nebraska as well as being an NREMT-B. She is the president of the Schuyler, Nebraska, Fire Department, and she is a previous EMT of the Year in Nebraska.
Sue has served as an NAEMT governor and then as an interim NAEMT governor while making sure that Nebraska maintained NAEMT representation when there was an unexpected absence of a new governor.
Sue serves as a city councilman in Schuyler. Her EMS leadership experience includes being a past EMS squad director and serving as an educator for the PHTLS program. Sue is also active in the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium.
