Will has been a Paramedic for 30 years, a Trauma Nurse Specialist for 15 years and an Educator for 20 years. He has authored numerous texts and journal articles and has lectured all over North and South America, Europe and Asia on Fire, EMS and Critical Care topics.
Will is on the Board of Directors of The National Association of EMTs and is the Prehospital Trauma Life Support Division Chairman. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of EMS Educators and is the Illinois State Chair of the Society of Trauma Nurses. He is the also the Past Chair of the EMS Administrators Task Force of the National Association of EMS Physicians.
