Jessica holds more than 7 years of administrative support experience. As Communications Coordinator, she is responsible for coordinating the distribution of print and electronic communications; updating the association's website; updating and maintaining list serves and email communication lists; and maintaining adequate inventory of printed materials and office supplies.

Prior to joining NAEMT, Jessica served dual roles as an office department supervisor and administrative assistant for a national call center.
