Melissa M. Trumbull is NAEMT's Membership and Development Outreach Manager. In this position, she develops relationships and negotiates agreements with state EMS associations, other related national organizations, public and private EMS services, and suppliers of EMS products and services to increase membership and revenues for the association.

Prior to her employment at NAEMT, Melissa most recently worked for Association and Society Management International, Inc. (ASMII) as the Staff Executive for Advocates for EMS (AEMS), and a Program Manager for the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), the National Association of State EMS Officials, and the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC). Melissa's areas of expertise include organizational and membership outreach, building partnerships and strategic alliances, meeting and conference planning, fundraising and sponsorship development, development and management of educational programs, board governance and policy development.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York College at Brockport and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and of their Association Advance America committee.
