Sylvia has been in employed by NAEMT since 2004.  She coordinates the administration of NAEMT's education programs, including Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS), and Emergency Pediatric Care (EPC).
