Eligibility: Any basic or intermediate EMT whose primary responsibility is providing direct patient care.

Winners receive: A plaque and a $1,000 stipend

This award is named for Robert E. Motley, who served in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the 1970s and advocated for the development of EMS as an essential community service.
