            Congressman Kurt Schrader (OR-5) is the most recent co-sponsor of
the Field EMS Quality, Innovation, and Cost Effectiveness Improvements
Act of 2013 (H.R. 809). The legislation addresses the challenges
plaguing field emergency medical services (EMS).
