2025 NAEMT Annual Meeting Schedule - October 20-22, 2025

Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225.  All meetings below are held at the Indiana Convention Center except the NAEMT General Membership Meeting, Awards Presentation, and 50th Anniversary Celebration which will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Join NAEMT Leaders for the NAEMT Federal Advocacy Briefing

Tuesday, October 21 / 3:30pm – 4:30pm / Room 126 / Indiana Convention Center

This dynamic discussion will focus on today’s most important federal EMS advocacy issues, including the public policy decisions shaping our profession. Participate to learn about key federal issues affecting EMS, NAEMT’s current advocacy efforts, and how you can make a difference as an advocate in Washington, DC. With many first responder and healthcare topics under consideration in Congress and the administration, NAEMT continues working daily to advance policies that support EMS personnel and agencies.

There is no charge to attend this event and NAEMT membership is not required. 
 

 

Important Planning Notes

EMS World Expo badge required for entry into NAEMT Annual Meeting Events. If you or a guest are not registering for EMS World Expo but want to attend NAEMT events or booth (#923), register through the normal emsworldexpo.com process, select the “Exhibits Only Pass”, and enter the discount code NAEMTVIP.

NAEMT General Membership Meeting and Member Reception (members and invited guest only). Our 50th Anniversary celebration events will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 5:30-9:00 pm ET, at Lucas Oil Stadium on the Lucas Oil Stadium Plaza.  Guests may enter beginning at 5:00 pm ET.  The 7-minute walk will be through the Indiana Convention Center (ICC) tunnel located on the Southeast corner at Capitol and South Streets. Just follow the overhead directional signage to Lucas Oil Stadium Plaza. Registration and EMS World Expo badge are required. Register

Security at Lucas Oil Stadium. All attendees will be required to pass through a metal detector and bring with them either a clear bag measuring no larger than 12”x 6”x 12” or a small hand-sized clutch or purse. Read more Clear bags sponsored by American Red Cross will be available at NAEMT events, at the NAEMT booth #923 in the EMS World Expo exhibit hall, and in the NAEMT office, room 125 in the convention center.
