TCCC Combat Medic/Corpsman (TCCC CMC) is a 63-hour course for combat medics, corpsmen, pararescue personnel and other military medical personnel being deployed into combat. This course is intended to train participants to provide more advanced prehospital casualty care than is taught in the ASM or CLS courses. Instruction includes the use of advanced medical equipment and knowledge in the management of life-threatening injuries commonly encountered on the battlefield. Download TCCC-CMC course materials.
The TCCC-CMC course replaces the TCCC-MP course.
Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC): In addition to NAEMT’s general instructor requirements, current TCCC instructors and instructor candidates are required to demonstrate knowledge and skills for each of the TCCC tiers they plan to teach (1-All Service Members, 2-Combat Life Saver, 3-Combat Medic and Corpsman), which can be accessed at https://deployedmedicine.com/market/226. Current TCCC-CMC and TCCC-CLS instructors with no military service can maintain their instructor status by teaching the required number of courses each year.
