EMS On The Hill Day:
By March 7: NAEMT member: $20 / Non-member: $30
After March 7: NAEMT member: $30 / Non-member: $40
- Registration fee includes two receptions and congressional scheduling services.
- Registration after March 14 will be on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
Educational Workshop:
NAEMT member: $49 / Non-member: $69

- Please register early as seating is limited and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

HILL DAY MEETING INFORMATION
Advocacy Associates is our Hill Day logistics specialist handling all scheduling of Capitol Hill meetings. Their process in scheduling your meetings will be:
- To use your home address to match you with appropriate Senators and Representative
- Group you with other attendees according to district, state, and region (if necessary)
- Schedule meetings for you with the offices of your Senators and the Representative, as well as with the representatives of attendees within your group and any members of Congress sitting on the committees for our key legislative issues
- Schedule a total of 3-8 meetings based on your grouping
- Send an email approximately two weeks prior to Hill Day with instructions to download the Advocacy Associates app so you can access your schedule
Hill Day schedules within the app include:
- Your tentative schedule for the day
- Who you are meeting with in each office
- Talking points and supplemental documents
- A map to navigate from office to office
- Bios and committee assignments for each Member
- Realtime updates via push notifications for any changes and updates
In order to schedule your meetings, the following information is required when registering:
- HOME ADDRESS: to identify your Member of Congress who represents your home address.
- CELL NUMBER: in case we need to reach you leading up to or during the event.
- EMAIL ADDRESS: for all event communications, including your meeting itinerary, invitations for meetings, and other key information. Enter an email address that you check regularly.
