Here are three ideas for how you can get involved:

1.   Tune in to the national anniversary event on July 29: On Wednesday, July 29 from 10:30 AM – 12:00PM EST CMS will host an event at HHS in DC to commemorate the 50th Anniversary.  Secretary Burwell, Acting Administrator Andy Slavitt and a panel of distinguished experts will discuss how Medicare and Medicaid have changed society. Each of the ten CMS regional offices are organizing events to discuss Medicare and Medicaid at the community level with health care experts, community leaders, beneficiaries and advocates. If you would like to learn more about where these events are happening, contact: partnership@cms.hhs.gov.
