The NAEMT Board of Directors offers its deepest sympathy and prayers to the victims of the tragic shootings at Fort Hood and their families. The U.S. Army base is the largest U.S. military installation in the world and home of both the 1st Cavalry Division and the First Army Division West, and is located outside Killeen, Texas.
We greatly appreciate and commend the heroic efforts of all first responders, including police, fire and EMS, who assisted victims at the scene.
