*UPDATED* ASPR TRACIE Zika: Resources at Your Fingertips Document

May 10, 2016

Dear colleagues,

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is committed to providing you with up-to-date information on current public health emergencies. The ASPR Technical Resources Assistant Center & Information Exchange (TRACIE) just released an updated resource, Zika Virus Disease Resources at Your Fingertips. This document provides Zika virus disease resources and an overview of public health and healthcare system considerations and implications that are applicable to professionals in those systems, emergency management stakeholders, and other audiences. Please feel free to share this information broadly with your networks as you deem appropriate.

ASPR TRACIE is a healthcare emergency preparedness information gateway that connects public health and medical professionals with the emergency preparedness, response and recovery information that they need. ASPR TRACIE can help you quickly identify resources to get your planning started, build on the experience of your colleagues, prioritize activities for the future, make smart decisions, find training, and get answers to your questions. More information on ASPR TRACIE can be found by visiting: https://asprtracie.hhs.gov/

Please note that information on Zika is constantly evolving, therefore if you are a clinician treating a patient, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Zika site for the most current information and clinical guidance.

Sincerely,

Division of Health System Policy
