NAEMT’s 2018-2020 Strategic Plan was developed by the NAEMT Board of Directors to provide a roadmap of priorities for the association over the next three years. Keeping with our mission of representing and serving EMS practitioners through advocacy, education and research, the Board gained input from member surveys, and ideas from NAEMT’s committees and state coordinators to chart a course for the future. NAEMT’s new strategic plan outlines a bold vision for advancing our profession and increasing support for the transformation of EMS into an outcomes-focused, data-driven, fully integrated component of the healthcare system.
