An appointment was made in accordance with NAEMT Bylaws Article 5.6 Vacancies, which states that the open position "shall be filled by appointment by the President subject to the approval of the Board of Directors."

I am pleased to inform you that the NAEMT Board of Directors approved my appointment of a very worthy member to fill this vacancy.

Karen will serve on the NAEMT Board for the remainder of the Region IV Director term, which will end December 31, 2019. I am confident that Karen will ably serve our association and members. You can read about all of the members of the 2019 NAEMT Board here
