NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care Course
2nd Edition TacticalEmergency Casualty Care (TECC)
Monday, March 2 & Tuesday, March 3, 2020, 8:00 am-5:00 pm both days
TECC teaches EMS practitioners at all levels how to respond to and care for patients in a civilian tactical environment. The course includes lessons for each component of the MARCH assessment; immediate action drills for tourniquet application; pediatric casualty care; and all-new patient simulations, including a final, mass-casualty, active shooter event. TECC course meets the updated TEMS Competency Domains and is consistent with the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC) guidelines. Participants receive 16 hours of CAPCE-approved credit and course manual. Register

4th Edition Emergency PediatricCare (EPC)
Monday, March 2 & Tuesday, March 3, 2020, 8:00 am-5:00 pm both days
Participate in the beta test of the new 4thedition of Emergency Pediatric Care which will present new patient simulations covering a wide array of pediatric emergency incidents. EPC focuses on critical pediatric physiology, illnesses, injuries, and interventions to help EMS practitioners provide the best treatment in the field for sick and injured children.Participants will receive 16 hours of CAPCE-approved credit, and will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the course authors.Textbook included. Psychological Trauma in the EMS Patient (PTEP)
Monday, March 2, 2020, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
PTEP provides EMS practitioners with the tools they need to help reduce the psychological toll on a patient during a medical emergency. It explains the physiological impact of psychological trauma and presents interactive patient simulations to guide participants on how to appropriately respond. Participants will receive 8 hours of CAPCE-approved credit. Register
