Today, NAEMT sent letters to President Trump and leaders of Congress asking for direct financial aid to EMS to support our pandemic response, and noting that the bills recently passed by Congress did not address the needs of EMS. The letters highlighted that EMTs and paramedics are on the frontlines of the war against COVID-19 but lack the supplies and equipment that are desperately needed at this time.
